- # Chicken Salad

- In medium bowl:

- 1. 1 Large canned chunk chicken, drained
- 2. 1/4 to 3/4 cup mayo (start with 1/4 cup work your way up to taste)
- 3. Mash very well with fork (no chunks).
- 4. 2 tsp fresh ground pepper
- 5. 1 tsp basil, garlic, onion, thyme, oregano, parsley
- 6. 1 cap apple cider vinegar.
- 7. Mix it up some more
- 8. Recipe calls for 1 tsp cane sugar but you can skip sugar entirely.

- Substitute chicken with [hard boiled eggs](hard-boiled-eggs.md) for egg salad.
