- # Mashed Potatoes

- 1. Bring water to rolling boil.
- 2. Peel potatoes.
- 3. Quarter potatoes.
- 4. Add to boiling water.
- 5. When soft, drain water.
- 6. Add potatoes back to pot, add 1/2 cup milk, 1 stick butter.
- 7. 2 tsp fresh ground pepper.
- 8. 1 tsp basil, garlic, onion, thyme, oregano, parsley.
- 9. Mix gently.
