Provides users with commands to retrieve project ideas via a few simple
commands. Possibly extended to where admins/users may prune/submit
new ideas.

This project was created solely for a few people to learn to work together.

Formatting is BSD spc2, always bracketed (unless the block is upon
another keyword), overwrap functions and combinators.
