#15 Flask app does not handle putty keys

Flask app should detect if a key was generated with putty and convert it to openssh format Alternatively, could create some sort of validation that gives an HTTP 302 if a user enters a putty key. There is a strong preference to not implement the validation in Javascript, but willing to discuss.
