#17 Wiki for Documentation

We need a wiki for documenting processes on how to use the instance.

Curious if anyone has preferences on if this is public or private.

Thinking we can have both a CLI and a web interface to the wiki

Other tildes seem to use a static site generator with a special script tied to a git repo. Maybe we can reimplement a slightly different version of this or reuse their work https://github.com/tildetown/tilde-wiki

Closing this out, but nothing is set in stone. Everything can be changed.

I can re-open this issue or create a new one as we continue to discuss how to do the wiki.
