Allow access to the instance through a Tor hidden service.

Is making the instance exclusively a hidden service something users want?

Created a hidden service that can be accessed on HTTP port 8080

Instance can still be accessed without Tor for now

http://veckxmbk6ilqiyx3255324u5jj7zq6pq2us5tdtiexnoz4lsvtzejdyd.onion:8080/

Will leave this open, in case there is more feedback
