Allow access to the instance through a Tor hidden service.
Some considerations: Is making the instance exclusively a hidden service something users want? Do users find it useful to have both a hidden service and non hidden service available?
Created a hidden service that can be accessed on HTTP port 8080
Instance can still be accessed without Tor for now
