of angry letters to former lovers<br />

||
and fantasies stolen from other people</p>

<p>you know, rhyming was never my friend<br />

because I always write myself into a corner<br />

and all of a sudden I’ve got to compare someone to a fish</p>

||

<p>let’s see how many song titles I can steal<br />

before someone busts me<br />

music was never really my thing, anyways></p>

<p>but another unedited book sits in my storage<br />

||
waiting to be released for peer review<br />

I think I’ll let it sit for a while<br />

and pursue a different idea before it escapes</p>
