+to install one of the nsfw covers, simply remove the text after "nsfw.74818f9" so you are left with the filename "nsfw.74818f9.png".

+upload that to your server, and copy it to the ```/opt/pleroma/priv/static/static/img/``` folder and replace the image present there. restart pleroma, and you should be good to go.
