# vim's beef recipe
## meat prep
1. place your beef in a flat surface, and beat the shit out
of it with one of those stainless steel hammers, to tenderize it
2. cut your beef into tiny pieces, about 3-4cm in diameter each
3. now, to further tenderize your beef, add a bit of baking soda to
it, and let it rest for like 5-10mins
4. after that, add a bit of salt to your liking and mix it up
5. grind a bit of 5-mixture pepper (rose pepper, etc) into the
mixture, and mix it up
6. add a bit of white wine to it, and mix it up
7. cut some fresh parsley into tiny bits, and add it to the mixture
8. let it rest
## sauce prep
1. dice some onion
2. cut some garlic into tiny pieces, as thin as you are able to
3. start warming up a pan, and add whatever grease you prefer
(I used vegetable oil)
4. after it's warmed up a bit, add your onion and garlic
5. add a bit of salt (just a bit!) to let the garlic juices out
6. baby sit it for a bit, and let that shizz get to a golden color
7. cut a ripe tomato into decently sized chunks
8. cut a green bell pepper into tini tiny chunks (0.5 cm or so)
9. open up a can of mushrooms and rinse them a bit in water.
alternatively, dice some fresh mushrooms, if you have them at hand.
10. add the tiniest bit more salt to the pan, along with the tomato,
mushrooms and bell pepper chunks
11. mix it up for 2-3 minutes
12. time to season byotch. add a bit of paprika, rosemary and curry powder
to the pan
13. mix it up for 2-3 minutes
## final steps
1. add the beef which has been resting elsewhere to the pan
2. mix everything together for 2-3 minutes, and then cover the pan
3. let that shit cook for like 5-10 min, depends on how rare you
like your beef.
4. voila
