#1 First episode

The goal is to get one working sub file out for the first episode. As I am not an experienced fansubber (or Latinist for that matter), this will be nontrivial.

First we'll need to learn how to make good sub files, how does the timing work, etc.

Then we'll need to get actually start the translation.

Fansubbing culture once flourished but is now totally falling apart, so we'll have to figure out a lot of best practices for ourselves.

Just rewatched the first episode, it really is that simple.

Of course, anyone who knows Japanese can comment on the quality of the translation and maybe add criticism when possible.
