Mashed Potatoes

1. Bring water to rolling boil.
2. Peel potatoes.
3. Quarter potatoes.
4. Add to boiling water.
5. When soft, drain water.
6. Add potatoes back to pot, add 1/2 cup milk, 1 stick butter.
7. 2 tsp fresh ground pepper.
8. 1 tsp basil, garlic, onion, thyme, oregano, parsley.
9. Mix gently.
