Chicken Salad
In medium bowl:
- 1 Large canned chunk chicken, drained
- 1/4 to 3/4 cup mayo (start with 1/4 cup work your way up to taste)
- Mash very well with fork (no chunks).
- 2 tsp fresh ground pepper
- 1 tsp basil, garlic, onion, thyme, oregano, parsley
- 1 cap apple cider vinegar.
- Mix it up some more
- Recipe calls for 1 tsp cane sugar but you can skip sugar entirely.
Substitute chicken with hard boiled eggs for egg salad.
